Complimentary airport transfers will be available from the Cancun International Airport to the Iberostar Selection Cancun and select participating host hotels on the official arrival day of October 23rd and on the Official Departure Day October 26th ONLY. When arriving at the Airport, please look for Cancun Travel Mart (CTM) handheld signs, or ask a local ground operator. AMATUR (Association of Mexican Inbound Tourism Agencies) is sponsoring these transfers so many of their members’ services will be used for transportation during the event.
Your arrival transfer is not guaranteed unless you submit this form NO LATER THAN October 11, 2024. Return airport transfers must be reconfirmed at CTM by visiting the stand of AMATUR.
IMPORTANT: Please complete a separate form for each delegate.
RETURN TRANSFER: Return airport transfers will be provided on October 14th ONLY. You can reserve your return transfer by passing by the booth of AMAV (Quintana Roo Travel Agencies Association) during the event.
