October 19, 20, 21, 2020 (POSTPONED to February 2021 – dates to be announced soon) at the Iberostar Selection Cancun Resort. Several new service are added every year that helps Cancun Travel Mart Mexico Summit Buyers and Suppliers get even more value from this important business development Event.
Cancun Travel Mart is now is much more than Cancun! Travel Industry Partners from ALL of Mexico participate, including Senior Managers and sales and marketing executives like you who can make rates and dates commitments for their Hotels, Airlines, Receptive Operators, Car Rental firms, Attractions, Resorts, Tourist Boards, City and Convention Bureaus, and Promotional Organizations.
Surveys and interviews with Buyers and Suppliers prove that Cancun Travel Mart is one of the most cost-effective and valuable business development activities of the year. More than 2,000 Appointments were Pre-Scheduled last year during the two (2) days of Business Sessions, and many more were arranged “on-site:”
- Based on actual past attendance, Cancun Travel Mart Suppliers have an average of 18 pre-scheduled appointments. This is an average: Many Suppliers have more, some have fewer.
- The average cost for each Cancun Travel Mart pre-scheduled appointment is only about $80!
- This does NOT include many other meetings that are arranged “on-site.”
Supplier “Early Bird” Registration Fees are: US$1,595 for up-to 28 pre-scheduled appointment periods, or US$1,995 for up-to 56 appointment periods. Additional delegate fees are US$250 per delegate. Registration Fees are higher for Suppliers who are NOT members of their local Hotel Association: US$1,795 and US$2,195. Small/Boutique Hotels with less than 100 rooms can participate with the option of “Booth Sharing” for US$895 each.
Registration Fees are the same as they have been for several years, providing real results and a professional experience for a very low cost. Booth Discounts are available on the purchase of 2 or more stands. NOTE: After June 30th, Supplier booth option fees and delegate fees increase $100 each.
Cancun Travel Mart Mexico Summit Registration Fees include: one (1) delegate badge; Pre-scheduled appointments with Buyers who want to see you; Appointments Summary available online one (1) week prior to the Event; private Stand/Office (3m x 2m) with table, chairs, sign; a personal Meeting Guide and Appointments Schedule; Attendance at all Business Sessions; Café; Working Lunches; Free Parking; Welcome Reception; WiFi; E-Alert Announcements sent directly to your laptop and/or smart phone; and VIP hospitality at all social functions. No other Travel Industry event offers so much for such a low registration fee.
