Cancun Travel Mart is one of the region’s premier business-to-business travel events, bringing together leading hotels, destinations, tourism suppliers, tour operators, wholesalers, and travel professionals from around the world through pre-scheduled business appointments.

CTM Participants
Cancun Travel Mart features two primary participant categories:  

• Suppliers include Hotels, Receptive Tour Operators, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), Tourism Boards, Attractions, Airlines, and other tourism-related companies offering products and services throughout the Mexican Caribbean and Mexico. A specialized Media & Technology category is also available for companies serving the travel industry.  
• Buyers consist of Tour Operators and Wholesalers from Mexico and international markets that contract directly with hotels and manage leisure and group travel programs. 
• Cancun Travel Mart is exclusively for registered participants and is not open to the general public. 

CTM Format
Unlike traditional trade shows, Buyers are assigned their own company stands where they conduct all scheduled business appointments. Suppliers move throughout the marketplace according to their personalized appointment schedules, allowing Buyers to remain at their assigned stands throughout the event. 

The primary objective of Cancun Travel Mart is to facilitate productive business meetings and create new contracting opportunities between Hotels and Buyers.

Buyer Registration
The registration fee to participate as a Buyer is US$150 per delegate and includes: 

• Event credential/badge 
  One company stand (3m × 2m) with one table, four chairs, electrical outlet, company identification, and Wi-Fi 
• Pre-scheduled business appointments with Suppliers 
• Access to all official event functions, including the Welcome Reception, two Networking Luncheons, the Marketplace Café, and other official activities
• Complimentary airport transfers between Cancun International Airport and hotels in the Hotel Zone for arrivals on October 21 and departures on October 24
• An alternative registration option for Buyers is available of US$845, which includes everything listed above, PLUS three (3) nights accommodations at the all-inclusive Iberostar Selection Cancun.
